Terms
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms cover buying and using Nestly, the Mac app. By buying or using it, you agree to them.
Your licence
- A purchase is a one-time payment for a personal, non-transferable licence to use Nestly on the number of Macs you bought: 1, 3 or 5.
- You can move a seat to a new Mac at any time by choosing Deactivate this Mac on the old one.
- Your licence includes all future updates to Nestly, at no extra cost.
- Don't share your key beyond your seats, resell it, or try to bypass the licence check.
Payment and refunds
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms also apply to the purchase. Prices shown are before any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. If Nestly doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refunded licence key stops working.
Your files
Nestly can move, rename, compress and delete files when you ask it to. Deleted files go to the macOS Trash, and most operations can be undone. Keep backups of anything important; we're not liable for data lost through use of the app.
No warranty
Nestly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
